We created Minnestar's Talent Network because we kept hearing the same thing from our community: hiring great people is hard, and job searching can feel even harder. In partnership with Invisible Network, we set out to build something better.
Rather than another job board, Minnestar's Talent Network focuses on anonymous profiles and warm introductions between people and companies in the #mntech community. It's designed to work year-round, in between our events and other programming.
